These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CIBC Digital Business commercial banking platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
The platform is available to registered Canadian businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Each authorized user must be at least 18 years of age and must maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their authentication credentials, promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, ensuring the accuracy of transaction instructions, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
While we strive for continuous platform availability, scheduled maintenance occurs during low-usage periods. We reserve the right to suspend access for emergency maintenance, security incidents, or regulatory requirements.
CIBC Digital Business's liability is limited to direct damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Transaction disputes are governed by the applicable account agreement.
All platform content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CIBC Digital Business or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
